SPECIAL RESOLUTION
The Trustees of Te Pae o Waimihia seek amendments to the Trust Deed and seek endorsement from the membership to:

1. Remove clause 12.3 (f) which restricts the number of trustees that can be appointed to a trust subsidiary.

2. Implement a trustee election rotation cycle. Two (of the six) trustee positions will be up for election each year, each with a three-year term of office.

The above Special Resolutions can be voted on via ballot vote during the online AGM. Attendees will have access to a ‘poll’ section on the website.

For those unable to attend the online AGM, ballot voting forms are available for postal ballot (with return envelopes). Please contact He Akina before Monday 8th November 2021 on 07 378 5180 or email admin@heakina.co.nz. These ballot forms will need to be returned to He Akina (88 Kaimanawa Street, Taupō) by 5.00pm Monday 22nd November 2021.
